This historic and atmospheric hotel was once a resting place for traders on the Mesopotamian trade route and dates back 800 years. It has been restored to its former glory but with modern technological comforts. The walls are made of natural stone and the hotel has beautiful stone arch work and carved niches decorated with local artefacts, while the floors are strewn with Turkish rugs.
