On the left you find the bathroom with shower stall, basin and wc; the room is provided with a window with views of a second courtyard. At the end of the corridor you find the living area with an open plan kitchen fitted with countertop, washer, a tiny dishwasher and a black fridge. The living area has two windows, one with views of the street and the other facing the same courtyard the bathroom looks onto. The day area offers a double sofa bed 140 cm, a velvet armchair, a small table, TV set and a dining table with 4 chairs 2 can be folded and hidden behind the fridge. All the rooms but the bathroom and the kitchen have parquet flooring. Linens and towels provided.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.\nFor check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:\nSaturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20\nFrom Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20\nSaturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40\nEvery day 9PM to 7AM - €40.\nSecurity Deposit: 300\nThere is a security deposit due upon arrival. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
