Located at a stone's throw from Rue Mouffetard, the area is rich in patisseries and refined restaurants. Censier-Daubenton and Les Gobelins metro stops are within walking distance.\nThe apartment comprises a bright day area including extendable dining table for 2/4 with Philippe Starck glass chairs, a velvet sofa and a fully fitted kitchenette open plan to the dining area and separated by a wooden counter. Extra wall bed 140 cm provided and hidden in the piece of furniture behind the sofa. The night area is composed of a double bedroom with 140-cm double bed and a small yet full bathroom with shower stall. The apartment has original parquet flooring preserved during the renovations - except in the kitchenette - and offers plenty of storage space in the hallway.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
