The living room overlooks the street and comprises classic style furniture, such as a large table for 6 people, a cupboard which hides the kitchen corner, LCD TV and a comfortable double sofa bed 1,60 m wide.\nThe bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is fitted with a shower stall and a washing machine. Linens and towels provided.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.\nFor check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:\nSaturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20\nFrom Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20\nSaturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40\nEvery day 9PM to 7AM - €40.\nSecurity Deposit: 300\nThere is a security deposit due upon arrival. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
