Built in 1777, this unique country hotel has been awarded many prizes and combines pure luxury with superb services and great facilities. The wonderful Georgian house affords grounds spanning 1,600 m2 and is recognized as one of Scotland's A-grade historic hotels. The hotel is privately owned and run by the Russel family. The hotel offers fine food, beautiful surroundings as well as warm Scottish hospitality, creating a unique accommodation option for contemporary guests. Guests are able to enjoy the peace and quiet here, whilst escaping from the stresses and strains of everyday life. There are a total of 30 guestrooms of which 2 are suites and 1 is a wheelchair accessible room. The facilities also include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a bar, a restaurant with highchairs for children, a dining room, a conference room, public Internet access, room service and a car park.
