This first-class, family-run hotel is known for its unique ambience, giving guests a wonderfully cosy feel, as well as its contemporary furnishings and attentive service. It enjoys a central location, from which all the local institutions can be easily reached. The hotel has a total of 23 rooms as well as a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and a hotel safe. Further facilities include a caf�, a bar, a pub, a restaurant and a breakfast room. A wireless Internet access point and conference facilities are also available. Room and laundry services feature. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

From Edinburgh: follow the M90 motorway signs to Perth, come off at junction 10 (Craigend) and follow the road signposted Inverness M90. Follow the A9 dual-carriageway sign to Perth, come off at junction 11 (Broxden Roundabout), and follow signs for town centre. Follow the road to a roundabout at Frews Garage, go through the roundabout, to the swimming baths on the right-hand side. The road merges into York Place, and then County Place, and the hotel is situated on the right-hand side. From Dundee: follow the A85 road sign to Perth, and take the slip road for the M90. Continue and come off at junction 11 (Broxden Roundabout) and follow signs for town centre. Follow the road to a roundabout at Frews Garage, go through the roundabout to the swimming baths on the right hand side, and the road merges into York Place, then County Place. The Hotel is situated on the right-hand side.
