This family-friendly resort and spa has a private beach. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Additional features at this air-conditioned club resort include a hotel safe, lift access, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon. Business amenities include a business centre, wireless Internet access (fees apply), and meeting rooms for small groups. Room service is available during limited hours and a laundry service is also offered. This is a smoke-free property (fines may apply for violations). The resort has 508 spacious guest rooms, 21 VIP suites, and 80 two-bedroom villa suites. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle at the hotel car park for an additional fee.

Driving directions from Jacksonville Intl (JAX): head south on Dixie Clipper Dr towards Thomas Imeson Ave. Bear right at Duval Rd, then merge onto I-95 S via the ramp to Jacksonville. Take the exit onto Florida 9A S, and after take the FL-202/ Butler Blvd exit towards Jax Beaches. Keep left at the fork and merge onto FL-202 E/ Butler Blvd. Exit onto Florida A1A S/ 3rd St S towards Ponte Vedra/ St Augustine. Turn right at PGA Tour Blvd/ Tournament Players Club Blvd/ Tpc Blvd. Then turn left onto the restricted usage road and the hotel will be on the right.
