Baggage Allowance onboard VietJet:

Based on the fare bundle that the passengers select, baggage allowance varies:

Economic and Promo Fare: allows the passengers opting for these fare bundles to carry one piece of hand luggage free of charges to the passengers’ cabin weighing 7 kgs and dimension should not exceed 56*36*23 cm. Further, the passengers are allowed a small briefcase and personal items such as a laptop bag, a jacket, lady handbag and the like. The carry-on luggage should have VietJet tags in order to be carried onboard. The passengers should collect the tags at the check-in counters.

Skyboss Fare: passengers selecting Skyboss fare are offered 30 kgs of complimentary checked baggage and 10 kgs of hand luggage. Each piece of checked luggage might weigh 32 kgs maximum and the dimension should be 119*119* 81 cm.

Skyboss:

Skyboss is VietJet Airline's premium fare bundle on which travelers are offered impressive on the ground and in-flight benefits. For example, the passengers get access to relax in VIP luxury waiting -lounges at the VietJet airports while waiting for their flights. These lounges are lavishly equipped with facilities such as free internet access, international newspapers, magazines, delectable food, refreshing beverages just to name a few. Hot seats:

They are situated in the fourth and fifth rows in the aircraft. They feature the following privileges:

• The passengers selecting a hot seat have the priority to leave the plane first
• The passengers have an opportunity to share space with celebrities
• Quiet zone for passengers to relax

Extra legroom seat:

The seat provides an extra room for the passengers to stretch their feet and legs.

The Other Seats: These seats are assigned randomly to the passengers.

• All the seats that are located near the window or aisle might be easy for you to move around and get a wide view experience
• Seats A & F are near the window
• Seats C & D are near the aisle

Booking Procedures and Issuance of Boarding Pass on VietJet Air:

For convenience, VietJet offers online check-in and conventional check-in at the airport. Online check-in is available for domestic flights. Eligible passengers with confirmed booking can easily have access to online check-in via any computer or mobile devices with internet access and they can download the boarding passes. Online check-in is accessible 24 to 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure. The passengers traveling with a child younger than 2 years and the passengers who have special needs are ineligible for online check-in. After online check-in, the travelers can proceed to baggage drop counter and then proceed immediately to security clearance.

The passengers who do not avail online check-in, they can check-in at the airport in VietJet counters. Travelers are advised to be present at the check-in counter at least 40 minutes before departure time for domestic flights and 50 minutes for international flights.

Special Care Services:

Thai VietJet Air offers special care services to physically challenged passengers. These services are offered to wheelchair-bound passengers and Travelers with vision impairment:

• Wheelchair service is provided to all disabled or restricted-movement passengers.
• To get a wheelchair, VietJet Air requires the passengers to request the service at least 24 hours prior to the departure time through Call center or VietJet Ticketing office.
• In case of an illness, the passenger is required to obtain a medical clearance certificate to ensure that he is fit to travel by air.
• Passengers who require wheelchairs for steps (WCHS) should be accompanied by an adult attendant
• VietJet Air welcomes visually impaired passenger to travel onboard providing that they are accompanied by an adult attendant. Unaccompanied visually impaired passengers can place a request at least 24 hours prior to the departure time.
